Principal Physiotherapist

Jason Sim

Jason completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours from The University of Newcastle, Australia. He has had a vast experience in working in a variety of hospitals, private practices, sporting club and aged care with his main focus in manual therapy, musculoskeletal and sports injury management, post-surgical rehabilitation and corrective exercise prescription.

Jason has a special interest in keeping up to date with the latest medical research, combining the most effective manual therapy and exercises into his practice and evaluating therapeutic effects to ensure his patients achieve their goals more successfully. Jason is also an accredited TAC and Worksafe Occupational Physiotherapist.

Aside from work, Jason loves being outside in nature with a love of travelling, exploring new places, photography and particularly loves spending time at the beach with his family.

Principal Physiotherapist

Yongmin Jin

Yongmin, originally from South Korea, has been working as a physiotherapist since graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2015.
Yongmin has gained a wide range of knowledge and experiences by training in community health, hospitals, aged care and private clinics with a focus on management of musculoskeletal conditions. He has a special interest in the treatment of neck & lower back injuries also injury rehabilitation after suffering a cervical disc herniation in 2000.
Yongmin places high importance on continuing professional development and keeps his knowledge and practice up to date with new research and evidence-based practice. He is passionate in getting his patients to achieve their movement goals.

Outside of work, Yongmin enjoys spending quality time with his wife, young son and two dogs. He also enjoys Taekwondo training and dining out, travelling and exploring different cultures and places.

Senior Physiotherapist

Ralph Perez

Ralph is originally from Toronto, Canada, where he began his journey in the healthcare field by earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. His passion for rehabilitation led him to The University of Queensland, where he graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2017. With over six years+ of experience in private practice, Ralph has honed his skills in exercise rehabilitation, manual therapy, and musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. He is trained in dry needling and is also a certified Pilates instructor, using both techniques to enhance patient care. Ralph has a particular interest in treating acute injuries, with a focus on neck and lower back pain. He is deeply committed to professional development and stays up to date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field, making it a point to read new studies every week. Outside of work, Ralph enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter. He is an avid sports fan, loves to travel, and enjoys exploring new restaurants wherever he goes.
